After using PFE and FDC for a number of years I have just recently found two very useful adjustments when creating a flight plan. I always like to use the ILS for the approach so any runway that doesn't have one can be closed in the SIDs and STARs options and the ability to request cleared to final at pilot's discretion, which enables me to fly my own vectors to the ILS.... What took me so long?

Ah, you see, as well has having some unfortunate bugs that you may not ever discover there are also some hidden delights!
