Hi, have latest version of PFE, windows 7.

Just wondering if someone could help me. I get ATC all the way through the flight including descent instructions. I get landing clearance to YPAD. Once landed I don't receive anymore ATC instructions i.e. leave runway then hold for taxi, or taxi to runway instructions. I have a set a taxi way to YPAD in the options menu so should point me towards that taxiway however doesn't.

Any ideas?

Cheers

Benjoglove.

At the very least you should get 'Taxi to Terminal'

If this occurred in your last flight please email me the debug_monitor.log file from the PFE/Logs folder

hi -
you have to go further away from the arriving runway, while PFE is poor for detecting that you hafe left the runway.
Try to go a few time in to the Taxiway and you can see, that PFE is (virtual copilot takes the comm´s) switching to Ground Frequency for getting the Taxiroute to Gate. Otherwise you switch manually to the ground frequency and hit the "5 key".

Thanks for that. I will try that and reply back. I can do it manually by changing the frequency but would be good if it does it automatically.

Okay, had a flight today. ATC instructed before landing to change frequencies to ground at YPAD when established. This wasn't done automatically even in mod 3. When I changed it manually it all worked well and got landing approval and then taxi instructions which I wasn't getting. Any idea why it wouldn't be changing to ground on approach as required?

You have to turn off the runway before it changes frequency automatically

Sorry will make it a bit clearer. As I am coming into land its stating to change frequencies to tower (not ground as I said before) then it gives me the final clearance for landing. This frequency change I have to do manually. If I don't do it manually then I don't get my taxi requests once landed and off the runway.

As below in debug monitor:

Transcript: 'Virgin Bravo Delta Oscar Cleared to final for Sierra Tango Approach runway 34 at pilot's discretion Contact Tower on 120.5 when established.

I have to change to tower manually if not then the rest just doesn't happen. If I can get this to change automatically all will be well! this was the reason I wasn't getting taxi directions in the first place.

Cheers

It will change automatically once you are established on the ILS, but NOT before
