How can you correctly print a flight plan in pro-flight, altitudes are incorrect. After you create you adventure then you can change the altitudes in the emulator but the print out is still incorrect and the frequency's are incorrect too?

i've just printed it out without any issues you have.

You are going on the Proflight flightplan compilation screen,click to open current flightplan(being the PFE flightplan) and then click view and style,then click print.

My altitudes are correct and i'm assuming the frequencies are correct(haven't checked them as yet)
