Hi all

I am getting fed up of hearing FSX ATC saying 'Flight plan Terminated' so I am getting more interested in PFE. I understand that the expansion pack will provide 1000 of call signs but I have not found anywhere an inclusive list. Therefore would some kind person tell me if the following are included...
Channex
Easy
Kestrel
Jet Set
Wardair (just have to ask about this one!)

Hi Phil,

Looking at the options settings in PFE, the first four airlines are listed but not Wardair. I agree it would be handy to have a list as in PFE you select by airline name and not by the callsign itself. Hint . . . ?

Thanks for the reply. I am not surprised that Wardair is not included since it disappeared into Canadian or Air Canada quite some time ago but I just had to ask. I am glad the others are there though.

I have changed some (not many) callsigns in the pfe_callsigns DAT file,using notepad to open.

Your airline/companies can be found in this file ie:- British Airways,Air Canada,Virgin Atlantic etc,

For example Channex, 409,4 in pfe_callsigns.dat comes up as Channex in PFE airline options list,by changing Channex in pfe_callsigns.dat to Jet2.com and leaving 409,4 it will now show up as Jet2.com in PFE aircraft list,you must leave the numbers as is...just change the name..

If you decide to amend any names in pfe_callsign.dat file,make a copy first and as always making amendments is only advised if you are comfortable

Thanks for the information Dave, I purchased PFE and the Voice Pack over the weekend and had a quick look at the .Dat files and summised that might work so I will try it. All my files are safely backup (I hope) as I have first hand experiance of what can happen if they are not!!
