New to the forums here. I just installed PFE, and everything was going smoothly till I went to rebuild the database. I extracted the runway maker, followed the instructions on that.
When PFE Database Options starts it tells me to select RUNWAYS.CSV
When I select the CSV file, Err:53 - File not found - Erl:0 pops up Can someone tell me what I'm missing here?

Regards, Phil H.

Has the RUNWAYS.CSV file actually been created? i.e. Is there any data in the file? What size is it?

I got the PFE to successfully rebuild in FSX, but I'm still having the same issue with FS9.

How strange. There's no difference in the code at all.... Same routines... I'm sure there must be an issue with the actual file. As an experiment, when asked to select the fs9 runways file try selecting they one generated for fsx.... I'm sure the rebuild will then work.

Please let us know how you get on
