As FSBuild does not appear to support PFE as it's not on the list of software to export to, I read Dave March's post to just use the FS2004/FSX option. I used FSBuild to create a flight plan and used the FS2004/FSX option to export but have no idea where the flight plan went. I assume that FSX stores them in USERS\MYNAME\MYDOCUMENTS? I looked there but could not find any .PLN files. I guess I need to post in the FSBuild forum.
Thanks
Alan

I can't remember off the top of my head but if you check the fsbuild documentation it explains how to add an entry to the fsbuild.cfg file to export files to a location of your choice

Alan,
when you setup FS Build after opening up the program, did you click on Options and then Browse and set the location of FSX.
If you did that then FS Build will automatically send the .plns to Documents/FS Flightplans(the default location)when you installed FSX..

I think I saw that option in a reply from Ernie.
Dave
Yes I did that as per the tutorial.
I still don't have it where it exports to C:\Users\MyDocuments\FlightSimulatorFiles but Ernie is working with me over in FSBuild forum.
Thanks
Alan

BTW when I installed PFE I got this message:
Missing NSVCR71.dll file. Reinstall PFE.
I reinstalled but got the same message.
