Hello

I've just started using PFE and have successfully established comms with ground control and tower. However, I'm getting no further responses to my request for push and start clearance. if I change the startup option to "push and start off", then I successfully get taxi instructions.

As a new user any help much appreciated.

Your first contact should be with clearance, not ground.

Sorry, perhaps I should have stated that I had already successfully contacted clearance first.

depending on you CP mode
sometimes you have to send 'roger'
