I created a new profile for the Airbus A321 default aircraft in FSX. For some reason, it is shutting my autopilot off during the descent checklist. I have compared my settings with the Boeing 737-800 and I can no find a difference. I would like it to shut off either manually by myself or at 500 feet. Please advise and thanks in advance. When you created the profile,at the very beginning in setup you had to define how many flaps etc and what type of autopilot it is,did you leave that set to MS Default or did you change to 3rd party...should be set to MS Default..as it's MS basic aircraft.

Maybe uncheck any calls regarding to A/P aswell..

Hi,

go to the Profile Editor, Edit File, load you 737 : there it is under the flap settings (Autopilot Type)
