I'm trying to add a user wave file to have a safety video come on after the flight attendant directs the passengers to look at the monitors for an important message about this aircraft. For example, I am flying the CS757-200, United Airlines. As I'm taxing, I have the flight attendant say her part, but I can't get "User03", which I've replaced it with the safety video to come on. It's a wave file, and yes I replaced the original User03 with the one I want to use. I also have it set up on my user file options to go off 1 minute after "taxi to runway" message. Am I doing this right, or am I missing a step?

Never mind, I've resolved the issue. Apparently the audio I was creating were being saved in high stereo and quality. Apparently you have to make sure you save it in a format compatible with FDC, 8bit and mono. After doing so, I can now here specific airline and aircraft model safety briefings.
