Holding instructions are never played and lead to an "Error in NET SaySentence" entry in my logfile:

Holding probability is 100%. I have already run the cumulative update (as administrator; Virus Scan and defender off). All wav-files are there and play correctly. Setting the region to UK has no influence.

Can anyone help?

Yes, you have a bad installation. Try downloading and installing the cumulative updates package from our support forum but make sure you stop all other programs, especially your anti virus and any other security type programs when doing so

I already tried the cumulative service update (as administrator) with anti virus and other security programs off. I also did an install on a second machine. It is always the same failure.

Have you installed into c:\program files? It's not advisable to do so in vista and Win 7

It has been automatically placed in C:\Programme\Aerosoft\PFE

Is it possible that holding instructions need the PFE Voice Expansion set?
