Departing from EDDN today, ATC advised me to dial to 119.03 for departure.
I can dial to .02 and .05 - but how could I possibly dial to .03???

.02 and .05 were dead, of course.
What am I missing?

Noone with an idea here?

I encountered a second problem: When I want to change the altitude of the waypoints in PFE, the program closes with error #91.

What version of PFE are you running?

I would suggest you reinstall and this time ensure you close all other programs, especially your virus checker and any other security type programs because it sounds like a bad installation to me.

Well, I did that. Don't have virus checkers running, though, and I never have other programs running during installs.

Result: At least error #91 is still there when I want to alter the altitudes of waypoints (it's even there if I do nothing and just close the window). Can't tell about the frequency bug yet, have to rerpeat the flight (with a newly compiled flight plan).

One other thing I have noticed with the old install: on approach to LOWW, I got at least three or four runway changes before ATC decided where to put me down, in extremely fast succession. Is this normal?
