Hi,

I use PFE for a long time, but now I did not fly several weeks. When I tried to run PF2K today, to generate new adventure, I received following error message: Run-time error 339> component COMDLG32.OCX or one of its dependencies not correctly registered: a file is missing or invalid. I have tried to fix it by registering, but I was not succesfull.
I use the latest version of PFE [2.14.0], Win7 64bit. The weeks ago it worked fine for me. I do not know, why it fails now.
Can anybody help me to fix this issue ?

You've installed and/or un-installed something that has messed with some common files. You will either have to identify them one by one and instal and register them manually (you can download windows common files from the net) or the easiest thing to do would be reinstall pfe

I am having the same problem i have re downloaded the mswinsox file and reinstalled PFE but im still getting the same error and the cumulative updater just doesnt work

The cumulative updates package DOES work
