Please recreated the problem and then send me the debug_monitor.log file from you PFE\Logs folder..... this could be due to several things so I need to see the log before commenting

No, because you haven't sent me the log file yet.... you keep sending extracts via PM's, which I don't really look at and in fact have just turned them off. So please, just attach the complete log to an email and send it to me.

This is the entry from the log showing your taxi instructions, which was also displayed on-screen:-

9/29/2010 10:23:19 PM: 880 - Transcript: 'UPS 0714 Heavy Roger. Taxi to holding point, runway 26 Left using taxiway Romeo Alpha Romeo Juliet Quebec Alpha November Mike '
9/29/2010 10:23:19 PM: 960 - FS Screen : E-N UPS 0714 Heavy Roger. Taxi to holding point, runway 26 Left using taxiway Romeo Alpha Romeo Juliet Quebec Alpha

There are also some errors in the log which indicated a bad installation so I would suggest you download/install the accumulative updates package from the support forum and when installing please ensure you stop ANY security type products.... especially your virus checker. If running Vista or Win 7 you should also disable UAC during the install... in fact I disable UAC permanently as I believe it's more trouble than it's worth.

Oh right, sorry I misunderstood,i'll take another look at your log tomorrow. But you still need to reinstall to cure the missing file problem I believe you have
