could anyone explain me this:

ACARS ATIS TRANSMISSION

Munich Airport Information November

Weather at 1315 Zulu winds 275 at 11 visibility greater than 20 miles. Sky condition 3 thousand 9 hundred Few . Temperature 16 . Dewpoint 12 . Altimeter 1016 Runway 8L in use, Landing departing runway 8L . VFR aircraft say direction of flight.

!! Wind from 275 - and runway 8 in use - what´s that?

And what runway were the AI Aircraft using? My 2p would be on 8L. The only time PFE would calculate which runway to use is if there is no AI traffic current using or on route to a runway at the target airport

Hi Dave,

the AI used 26 - but i saw this initial after landing..?
At least on my FAF - i got the correct clearance to RW 26 L, but during the whole flight AtisAcars gives me the 8L.
What sense makes this Tool when i see during the flight a runway what isn´t true, in this case i can´t plan my destination approach..!!
In every case the clearance gives me the accurate runway analogue the actual wind direction.., but during the flight i get this false A-Acars information...??
On example i had this problem also on my flight just now from genoa to munich.., - during the flight was 8L assigned--on final it was the 26 L at munich.
