can someone help my hot keys not working error 381 and location error and the pfe display how do i put it in so i can use it in full screen in fsx while flying

You can't use PFE Display in full screen

i guess this was a good waste of money since no one know as to why i get 381 error invailed property arrary in pfe in have updated fsuipc to 4.6 and updated pfe to 2.14 thanks for the help no hot key no contact with atc thanks

I believe Dave has been helping you via email, so please do not make it look like nobody is helping you at all. Email isn't a good way to seek support anyway as you only get one on one support rather than help from many. If you explain to us in as much detail as possible what the problem is and what you have done so far to fix the problem, then hopefully someone else may be able to figure out what the problem is.

My first question would be have you got both service packs installed for FSX?

well im runing in vista and my fsx acceration the pfe version 1.8 works fine but when i put the new update2.14 it go downhill but ibeleave that is sp2 for acceleration or should itake the acceleration out and try it it go in okay and start ok and connect okay but just no atc so i try to reset the hot key and thats when that error 381 pops up

Are you tuning the COM 1 radio in the aircraft to the correct radio frequency for the controller before pressing zero to start communication?

No need to take Acceleration off, it is the same as having the two service packs installed.

Now I think I understand.... you get the error when trying to 'reset' the hotkeys. That makes me a little suspicious as to which version you are actually running because that was an issue we fixed a long. long time ago.

Would you please download and install the accumulative update from here on the support forum (see the post 'PFE Manual Installation instructions')

yes dave you are correct that when i get that error 381when i try to reset it but know the hot keys not working when pfe is on i tryed to program the fmc in the pmdg 747400 no number on till i disconnected pfe yes pfe is up to date 2.14 accum fsuipc is 4.6 between that error and that keys not working i don't know to about it

Please start another flight with PFE. Connect to FS and then try to communicate with ATC. Then disconnect and exit from PFE and send me the debug_monitor.log file from you ...pfe\logs folder
