Joystick button not working for hotkey

Just a small additional note on the ATC log window always on top.
If you could make it just like the Hotkey window (ctrl+shft+T) which always shows up on top that would be perfect.

Can't do that with PF3 program windows I'm afraid... the insim windows are different... just the way it is
