Good morning, Dave,

I know you have a lot on your plate at the moment, so no rush on this.

On a flight starting from ELLX, the controller refused to talk to me! (A lot of people I know are like that!).

At ELLX there is only ATIS and Tower. I am able to request clearance fine, but when I request taxi there is nothing but silence. The replies are made (I can see them on closed captions) but can't be heard. Same applies to AI traffic, I can hear them but not the controller talking to them.

Once passed to Departure, all is fine.
