Like other AI traffic solutions such as AIG, does PF3 recognise and communicate with PSXT Real live traffic ai aircrafts? I understand it does not control it but will there be ATC chat with these ai traffic?

Thanks

PF3 extracts all its AI traffic information via FSUIPC, so provided PSXT injects the traffic information into the same place as all other traffic processes then yes, it should be fine

My experience with AIG traffic has been very positive with PF3 - you can get busy airports with busy comms frequencies with everyone calling for taxi clearance at the same time.
