Dave, I checked to make sure there are no conflicting keys in MSFS2020.

Ctrl+Shift+T (is available in MSMS)
Ctrl+Shift+\ (is available in MSMS)

Unfortunately I press "0" to contact Clearance and I get my clearance, but then I press Ctrl+Shift+\ to "rogr" the instructions and get nothing...plus Ctrl+Shift+T does nothing again, and I checked the settings again and they seem to be correct from your instructions. I do want to get this resolved for me since Im interested in purchasing the product.

I have added a new log

The only two hotkeys you used in this log were Hotkey #0, which worked correctly and Hotkey Ctrl/Shift/T, which you have disabled in PF3 so it will never work. Try using VCP mode #3 to start with until you are used to how PF3 functions.

I don't know if my memory is getting worse as I get older...
...I just can't remember how it used to be!

Disabled would have the check box cleared right? But it has the checkmark ticked on it for C\S\T...So Im lost

Try deleting your PF3/INI file then try again. If you still experience the same problem please attach your debug log
