pf3 goes off

when i try to connect to prepar3dv5 pf3 closes down,
can anyone help please

Please zip and attach the debug_monitor.log file as requested in big red letters at the top of the forum - without that Dave has nothing to go on!

also just tried with xplane said it need a flight handle downloaded runtime as suggested on forum but no luck
will try msfs202 now

The problem is caused by you not running the latest version of PF3. In fact you are still running the base installation.

Unfortunately, for some users, the auto updates mechanism fails when running the base installation (version 3.0.0) so please download/install the latest cumulative updates package from our support forum to update to version 3.14.0

That will solve your issues
