2 things remain unclear for me:
1. Regarding CP mode: Is it normal that in CP mode 2 the flow of IFR clearance, Pushback Clearance and Taxi clearance is done in '1 take'? What I mean is that right after IFR clearance the VCP requested pushback and start clearance and after receiving that he asked for taxi clearance. No time for me to program the FMC, manage the pushback and look up the airport charts

2. Regarding MSFS Hotkey Window: I can't get the window to show up. Much like the issue mentioned in this thread: viewtopic.php?t=3816&start=10. Has there been a solution offered already?
