Hi, I bought PF3 for MSFS yesterday. The installation works well and I can connect to MSFS, but I see no window after that. No information about ATIS and the other frequenzies.
What can I do now?

I don´t know, how I can send you the Zip file.

After some Connecting and disconnecting I get a Window in the left screen corner in MSFS and when I Connevt PF3 after a while there will be the message for my clerance but no ACRAS Frequenzies. The Text runs very fast and ther is no voice jet. No backround and no controllers.

You just need to ZIP the debug_monitor file then select 'Choose File' under the Upload Attachment header... this is just beneath your Preview/Submit buttons. After choosing the zip fil you then need to select 'add the file' then Submit the post

Good morning Dave. I uninstall and make a new install of PF3 yesterday. Today I started MSFS and PF3. I get a connection with MSFS but there is now PF3 window to see and no ATC or Backround sound to here.

Hi Dave, after about 5 Minutes, when I press Nr 1 I get a message in the left upper corner of the screen. No sound, but there will be the clearance. The text runs so fast,that I can´t read it.

You have not tuned to the correct frequency, which is why you cannot hear ATC.

You can get PF3 to Auto Tune to the correct 'initial' frequency by selecting the option in Options #2 / Advanced Options

Ok, I check it. But why I didn´t see the ACRAS Frequenzy window as shown in the Youtube video.
