I have bought the program and the voice expansion some days ago with great expectations, but I'm a little frustrated at this point not being still able to have a plan compiled as I would like and as they should be.

I create my FPs with FSbuild and, even if I create them with fl 27000, when I compile them everytime I get fl 11000 and this happens even if I put the fl I want in the box on the first screen of the compilation.

My PFE version is 2.14, what am I doing wrong?

Thanks and kind regards

GR

You can change your FP altitudes in PFE.... main menu.... very quick, very easy.

Really I hoped that the fl set in FSBuild was mantained compiling it.. in this way I loose the advantage to have the plan done in FSbuild

Thanks and BR

Yes, this is quite a niggling problem with PFE that seems to stem from PF2000. It seems to ignore input flight levels and generate its own. As you say if one uses a flight planner programme and then input it into PFE you have to change all the FL's all over again. A lot of unnecessary work!

Best thing to do is what I do... just make a simple plan from A to B and don't worry about altitudes till you get to PFE. Simple.

I don't see much comment about PF2000... but when you compile a Flight Plan PF2K has two blocks for "Cruise Altitude" and "FLT Level Altitude"
ME THINKS you may need to be sure you enter the same altitude here as you have indicated in your Flight Plan...

And then adjust waypoint altitudes in PFE as needed...???
