No Takeoff clearance

Hello all,

1. Somehow when i reach the holding before take off, there is no take off clearance.
This happens on smaller airports where part of the taxiing is done via the runway.
Logs are taken form this morning departure from LGZA.
2. In this situation i have not found a way to force the take off. As is this is possible in Pro Atc.

Anyone for a solution?

Just tune to Tower and hit Hotkey #6 to tell them you're ready for takeoff
