The error in the FPP log is
Quote:
Input string was not in a correct format.
So have you run MakeRwys recently? I would suggest running it again and if you still have the same problem I would like to see all the files from your PF3\Data folder with P3D in the name. eg PF3_P3D_Freq.dat, PF3_P3D_Gates.dat, etc.

I don't know if my memory is getting worse as I get older...
...I just can't remember how it used to be!

If those files have are showing as zero bytes then you have a problem with the rebuild. Please let me see the DebugRebuild.log from your PF3\Logs folder

Well there is something very wrong with your Runways.csv file, which is created by MakeRwys. You could ZIP that and attach is if you like and I'll check it out and see if I can spot the problem.

I take back what I said.... there's nothing wrong with your Runways.CSV file as I've just used it here to rebuild my P3D database and it works just fine.... so I'm running out of ideas. One thing that crossed my mind are you sure you're running an updated version of PF3. I know you said you did a fresh install. What version is shown on the main display when you start PF3?

Edit: Sorry, you didn't say you reinstalled so I think that's the best thing to do now. No need to uninstall first just use the cumulative updates from the forum to reinstall the latest version then try again

Ah, just noticed something I hadn't notice before. Look at the ILS frequency in your example eg. 109,5 it's showing a comma rather than the expected decimal point... hence the original error message

Have you recently changed your Windows Regional settings?

Thanks Leon. I'm glad it's now sorted and thank you for your patience. Sometimes users are not as understanding.
