If you still have difficulty it would be a good idea to wait for Dave to come along and see if he recommends anything else before you do something as drastic as reinstalling.

I had the same problem again yesterday - Windows can get confused if you change display settings too.

Perhaps someone could make this a 'sticky' so it's easy to find.
