Makerunways not loading

I have uninstalled and reinstalled PF3 but when selecting makerunways nothing happens
Any help would be much appreciated

What do you mean by 'selecting' it? All you have to do is copy it into your FS folder and double click it... None of which has anything to do with PF3, so I don't really understand your problem.
