Is there an aircraft carrier for FS9 that is compatible with PFE so that I can create a flight plan to the carrier using PFE.
Any help would be much appreciated

If the carrier is stationary (and don't turn into the wind!) and if you can convice "makerwys" to include it (it has some options to include shorter runways and water runways, not sure about carriers), then PFE (and PF3 if you upgrade to that) will see it as a regular runway.

But I would assume that one or more of above conditions would not be met, in which case the only option would be make a flight plan to a different airport and cancel flight following at some point.
