This is the same problem and it's due to you having some missing DirectX files on that client.

The message reads:-
Quote:
error: -2147024894 - Could not load file or assembly 'Microsoft.DirectX.DirectSound, Version=1.0.2902.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=31bf3856ad364e35' or one of its dependencies. The system cannot find the file specified. - Loc: 1400
If you download the MS install (from the first item on our website FAQ page) and run it as Admin it should rectifiy the problem.

Thank you, Dave. I had installed the missing Direct X files, but I guess something has gone wrong. Reinstalling solved the problem. Everything is working now. Thank you very much for the excellent support.
