As the title says I switch between FSX-SE and P3D, depending on what I am flying.

I have just switched to using P3D more of late, but I can not get the Acars window to show or get any information to come up in the kneeboard if I try that method. But I have to say that it works fine in FSX-SE, am I doing something wrong? (I expect so) or is the something I need to tweak to get this up and running again.

Windows is up todate, PF3 is up to date and I have updated FSUIPC as well just to be on the safe side.

Thank you for any help, I don't have any logs to attach as I did not start any flight.

Kneeboard features do not work in P3D

Okay that answers the kneeboard not working, but should the PF3 Acars window work? Or is that not accessible as well?

PF3's Acars is displayed on the kneeboard.

Are you talking about the FSUIPC window which displays the closed captions?

No what I'm trying to get is the pop up Acars window with the clearance, ground and tower frequencys. I have it set to stay open for 60 seconds in FSX-SE, but it doesn't appear at all in P3D.

That's in the FSX kneeboard, too.
Or are you talking about PF3_Display?

Maybe you can make a screenshot in FSX-SE to show us which window you mean?

As you see FSX-SE is fine, but not for me in P3D.

This text appears in the kneeboard for me, too. This must be the AcarsX window which I never used, because I always assumed (but never verified) this needs an additional program (i.e. AcarsX).

Very odd, I don't get the frequency listing in kneeboard, but Dave has conformed that doesn't work in P3D. I wonder how you have managed to get it working?
And as far as I know AcarsX is part of PF3 and doesn't need an additional program. But hey I have to admit I am no expert on this, just wish I could get it to work so I can make the full transition to p3D!

That ACARS display will not work with P3D because it also uses the kneedboard file which doesn't exist in P3D, sorry.
