Hi, sinds yesterday i can't connect to fs9 with PF3. It says, ''IPC time out all retries''. The only thing i did before was a BIOS-upgrade and a processor overclock from 3.70 MHz to 3.80 MHz. Can that cause the problem?

It can, if that causes some subtle malfunction.
Be aware that such things can cause subsequent problems, e.g. corruption of data on disk, so if this already happened, you might not see the problem go away when restoring the old processor speed.
But maybe it is just a coincidence. I suggest taking a look at FSUIPC's logs to see if all is well there.
