This happens every once in awhile. I make out a flight plan, and even lower the altitude on the last waypoint, so the program doesn't miss switching me to Approach when it should. The problem is , I am never told to climb to the altitude specified in the flight plan. In this particular case, my FP was 6000 feet for cruise. Initial clearance had me climb to 4,000, and I received no further instructions after that, so I stayed at 4,000 for the entire cruise portion of the flight. Is this a bug?

2/14/2017 3:39:30 PM: 980 - Ground Altitude=1121 ClrdAlt=6000 Terrain=0 COM=123.6
2/14/2017 3:48:55 PM: 770 - Transcript: 'Approach Trans World 819 with you out of 4 thousand for 6 thousand IFR '
But ATC never cleared you for 6000.
Maybe this bug is fixed in the 3.2.1 beta, but I'm not sure.

Possible issue with step climbs but I need to investigate further
