Hi, I've seen a couple of posts here regarding this, but just would like to clarify.

Is there any way to communicate with AI, when flying into unattended aerodromes at least hear/listen to their intentions?

If I tick Voice under AI Traffic in FSX, I can hear them, I have tried to create the frequency their on in PF3, but cannot hear them with this unticked in FSX.

Am I doing something wrong, or this just a future update perhaps.

This is not implemented, but already on the wishlist.
