Cannot Install Accumulative Update

Post subject: Cannot Install Accumulative Update

I am trying to install the Accumulative Update but keep getting an error message at step 5 ' Installation FAILED'.
Any help would be much appreciated

Which version of PFE are you currently running?

Please take me through, step by step, how you are attempting to install the updates

PFE v2.15. FS9. windows 7 pro 64bit

Installed PFE into F;/PFE. Copied 2 files in accumulative update folder to PFE Updates and ran exe file as administrator
