Change landing runway

Whenever I use this option, when close to the airport I am vectored to the requested runway OK, but the last ATC message after I request the runway change I get is "Hold on. We'll check..". There is never a confirmation. Should there not be one?

Do you normally have 'STARS' set to active?

That's already been addressed and you will get a 'runway change approved' in the next release
