Copilot wont change altitude in Carenedo PC-12

I cant get copilot to change the altitude when requested in this aircraft, it is a bit diferent the way the autopilot operates in this aircraft.
Is it just that it wont work in some aircraft?

Not all aircraft will accept CP#3. I would suggest for all aircraft that does not accept AP commands from CP#3, I would change to CP#2
I would only use CP#3 if using a default aircraft. I would never fly a default, but if I did.....
