Voice problem

Coming in to JFK from Rio (Olympics)...Center, Approach, Tower, and Ground...were all the same voice....very low quality voice...the worst ive heard since ive been using PF3...logs ready if needed...

thanks for the info...btw...rio to new york in a 777 is a fine simulation if i may say so!
