Transition altitude

I'm using FDC with PF3. If I have transition altitudes set in the active profile in FDC, and also have transition altitudes specified in PF3, which takes precedence? I'd like the transition altitudes in PF3 to be the ones used.

I'm sure it's post-Christmas fog, but I can't seem to find the way to change the transition altitude in FDC.
