I don't imagine they let you fly passengers if your somewhat dim...but I am looking for a guide for dummies on how to program and execute a STAR approach...I've been simming for years and I'd like to finally learn...any links? The ones I found seem to assume you already know the basics.

(BTW PF3 is working well :P )

Chapter 3 of the FAA Instrument Procedures Handbook (IPH) might be useful here.
