Sounds very interesting indeed. Time to finally take a closer look at MCE.
Could you tell a little more about what MCE does regarding the PF3-ATC communication.
For example will it be possible to "request flightlevel 340" instead of "2000 higher"? Or "request ILS 26L" without skipping through the runways with "no" and "yes"?
Thank you.
Things work the way you expect them to.
For example, you are on ground and have been assigned a specific runway for takeoff. You want a different one? No problem
"
Heathrow ground KLM 143 requesting runway two seven left for departure" (I know, you will never see such request granted at Heathrow

)
MCE will then perform the folllowing.
It triggers hotkey for runway request,
Waits for the text in ATC window to change then reads it.
If the runway you requested is part of the text, it will trigger hotkey for "Yes".
If not, it will trigger hotkey for "No", wait for next runway etc...
We wouldn't call it voice control if you had to say stupid things like "request runway change", "press yes" or "next runway" etc...
