U can find the Regional Settings under >Control Panel>International&Languges Options(my XP is in IT,so you have to look for something like that)and here u are in the Regional Settings section..

Try to check your Regional Settings.If you find the clue here..then you'll have to swear for loooooong time!!!!

Yes,i know this is not easy at all... I was just thinking 'bout a script to rescan the compiled adv files and change the commas in dots & back!! In my case this could do the trick!!Infact if I invert only the comma and dots position in my regional settings,PFE works fine.. ..I hope we find a ...
