So, in case that happens again, restarting PF3 and starting a flightplan without online weather in PF3 could be a workaround?

Edit: I deleted and redownloaded the flight plan from Simbrief, and didn't get the clearance delay this time. Strange... Can a corrupted flightplan have these effects?

Maybe 5 seconds is too much? I've set it to just 2, and sometimes I think that's too much time.

Not only me, but also a lot of work from your side. At least it works as intended in P3D. In MSFS I have yet to set it up correctly. I don't remember what did I do last time, that started working beautifully out of nowhere. Thank you very much for your support!
