No idea what Teamviewer is. Why do you want to look at my system? What does that involve?

Teamviewer is a remote connection program that allows me to check your system as if I were sitting next to your pc. Whilst doing so you are able to see everything I'm doing and can disconnect the connection at any time. You can check it out on www.teamviewer.com

You obviously have 'something' amiss that's preventing the installation from completing. It's very difficult, if not impossible, for me to even begin to understand what the issue could be without seeing your system but if I were able to 'see' the installer at work and then check what is and isn't in place I 'may' be able to fathom what the problem is.

Obviously if you're uncomfortable with me connecting remotely, which is quite understandable' I'm not too sure what else I can do.
