Just a question on vectors during the flight, I know that your unable to call for vectors when your on approach phrase of your flight. But I have been trying to get vectors during any flights I have made, was wondering how to get atc to vector since everytime I press the 7 key it comes back unable this time

In this instance you had reached the last waypoint in your flight plan, at which time you can no longer request vectors... also you cannot request vectors until after the first waypoint in your flight plan
