ZIP or RAR files are fine but he does need to send us a recent log file and not one dated September 2016 ;)

1. According to your log, EIIR has no ILS frequencies. Do you expect it to have one?
2. You have enabled the STAR feature (and configured a generic "QQQ Approach" for all airports and runways), which basically means that you can fly anything you want and PF3 will let you do it. This lets you fly any published procedures you find in charts or your GNS or FMC, without being told by PF3's ATC to fly certain vectors. If you want to be vectored to the FAF, disable the STAR feature (or only enable it for certain airports/runways)

Above answer is a bit short, because I don't know your level of experience and don't want to explain things that you already know. Feel free to ask if you want more details.

Thanks Thomas.
When and how is the 2 used to ask for a instrument approach I guess should be my question? Not 1 time have I been granted a ok to fly a IA. I understand how to setup pf3 to fly what I want. Are you able to ask for a IA from pf3 in your sim? Thanks

Perhaps you're flying to airports with no ILS, like in your log. Next time it happens and you are arriving at an airport with ILS please let us see the logs and we will be able to tell you why things happened the way they did.
