I just purchased and downloaded PF3 and installed it on my PC. When it first ran, it indicated an update for the software and started to download the update. However, at the end of the download, I got a message that I needed to specify the original install path to install the update. I clicked OK, and PF3 opened.

The version under the "Oncourse Software" graphic indicates that the version is 3.0.0, and today's date is given as the last time updates were checked.

3.0.0 is dated, isn't it? Clicking "Check for Updates," tells me that no updates are available.

Is that the case, or does the program restrict me to one update search per day?

If possible, I'd like to get on the latest update ASAP, and I'd like to know how to specify the "original install path" when I was never given an opportunity to define a path during the update.

Okay, I just saw your note about update problems, and have downloaded the cumulative update. I'll install that and get back to speed. ;-)

In future always install "Run As Administrator" and it will update as it should.
