I have no issues with the radios and VCP in any of my aircraft, payware or otherwise. I only fly in VR...

Sorry but I can't find anything wrong with the log you provided at all. Each time ATC gave you a frequency to change to the VCP changed it correctly and the COM radio stayed on that frequency until you were instructed to contact the nect facility. I didn't even notice you changing the COM frequency manually. Perhaps you attached the wrong log?

If you can recreate the issue and be more specific in which frequency the VCP failed to change, etc.

Hi
Dave,
So if I select vcp2 option I still need to retune radios?
I find that even when I do this the radio frequency goes back to something else
Also the transponder number changes
Works perfect out of virtual reality, suppose another one of those weird things
Will play around and get back if I find anything
Any suggestion on where to look from yourself or anyone much appreciated
Mike

If you are using CP Mode 2 you do NOT need to tune the radios manually. Some users have reported similar problems due to hotkey conflicts or MSFS Assist; see if the following thread is of any help:

viewtopic.php?f=8&t=3479

The debug_monitor.log file is from your most recent connection of PF3 to the simulator, so if you are submitting a log file it should if possible be immediately after a flight where you have experienced the problem.

hi
my problem is that after take off when i am to be handed to radar contact, the frequency does not change even in cp2 or even if i enter manually.

if i enter 122.2 then it simply changes back to another frequency it will not stay on the frequency i put in or that cp2 puts in hope this is clearer

this is on the two aircraft above

ive now spent many hours trying everything i can and have now finally given up.
looks like ill have to go back to asobo atc as this works perfect with all my aircraft, and maybe look again sometime in the future.
such a shame as apart from costing me money i feel ive wasted a lot of flying time, the software is quite good, and I have used this for nearly 9 years, so i do have a pretty good idea of how it works.
thanks
Mike

back to flying
