PF3going to task bar

PF3 has been working fine. Yesterday when I tried to start it, it flashes then the PF3 icon goes directly to the bottom task bar. If I right click on it, I can close the program. Nothing else seems to work. Not sure if its a PF3 issue or Windows 10.Got a video of the "flash"- it say "Please Wait PF3 is performing a system check"
