Yes, but it's actually all in the MakeRwys documentation! :?

You can install MakeRwys wherever you want and then run it. It detects where your MSFS files are and creates the output files into the same folder. When you run the PF3 Update Database and are asked to select the Runways.CSV file you simply navigate to the folder where you installed and ran MakeRwys from. This differs from using MakeRwys with FS9, FSX or P3D as for those sims you had to run MakeRwys from the main FS folder.

Hope that helps

Only use that version if you are running a windows operating system earlier than Windows 10,otherwise it should be version 5.11 of Makerwys.
Are you using Windows 10?

Thanks so much Dave. I had followed a link that was obviously from a older PF3 Youtube video so that's why I had trouble following the Makerwys instructions. Makerwys is working correctly now.

I now have a further issue which has just happened and giving me an error message. See attached image. I have reported it with a Zip file through your system but wonder if reinstalling the Demo will solve the problem - bearing in mind the limited time I have to evaluate. I do really want to give PF3 a proper look before deciding to purchase

Just seen the log you emailed... you should have attached it to this post because it landed in mu Junk folder... and it would appear you have a missing or corrupted frequency file. Have you updated the PF3 database (including using the latest version of MakeRwys)?
