Why do three options appear after I click Connect to FS? When I try to click each option, PF3 will flash back and forth.

PLEASE NOTE:

If you are reporting an issue with PF3 please remember to Zip and attach the Debug_Monitor.log file from your PF3\Logs folder. Thank you.

Why do three options appear after I click Connect to FS? When I try to click each option, PF3 will flash back and forth. Is that the problem with fsuipc? My fsuipc is a genuine fsuipc6

Go to Options #1 then under the Push and Start section (bottom right) just select 'Push & Start feature OFF'

As you said, PF3 still flashes back after the launch and drive functions are turned off, and can't connect with p3dv4. How do I operate before turning on PF3 and after turning on p3dv4 to enter the game and selecting the aircraft? How to connect PF3 and p3dv4? Thank you!

Sorry but you need to be more specific as to what your actual problem is. Try explaining what you are doing, step by step, and what message you see (if any)

Sorry but I can't access your log files as they appear to be corrupted, I think it must be something to do with the Windows Regional settings you are using.

The log is incomplete unfortunately.

Are you getting any error message at all?

I think the only solution would be to use Teamviewer for me to check your system and see what is happening, although the language may be a barrier as I don't speak Chinese... I may also find it difficult finding my way around Chinese Windows, but I'm willing to give it a try if you want me to?
